Was suchen wir?

A reliable nanny, family-manager or housekeeper for 30-38 hours a week who actively and independently supports us (working parents) with our house and children. For homework support, you must have very good English skills as the children go to an international school

Was bieten wir?

A long-term, permanent position (socially insured) in a very appreciative, friendly, reliable and well-organized private household. Our current family manager is retiring after working with us for 8 years. If you don't have your own car, we will provide a car for private use. In principle, our house is easily accessible by public transport. If you are ready to move, we are happy to help you find an apartment.

Wie sind Ihre Arbeitszeiten?

Monday to Friday approx. 11.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
However, you can vary the working hours slightly according to your own schedule. The fixed time is to pick up the children at 3:30 p.m.

Wer sind wir?

We are two working parents with two bright boys aged 6 and 8. Our boys go to an international school where lessons are taught in English. This means that the homework is also in English. Our current nanny, family manager, has been with us for 8 years and is unfortunately retiring soon. This “clears the field” for a new nanny, family manager or housekeeper who will hopefully enter into an equally long-term employment relationship with us. On the one hand, we are very sad about the departure of our long-time employee, but on the other hand, we look forward to a new beginning with a new “family member” with joy and confidence. We pay attention to mutual respect and appreciation, we strive to take the needs of our employees into account and want an employment relationship on a professional but also family basis of “give and take”.

Was wünschen wir uns?

It is important to us that you have a good knowledge of English, as the children need support with their homework, which is in English. We also want a hands-on, self-reliant worker with a good sense of organization who is friendly, cheerful and focused on the children. We have a housekeeper who does the basic cleaning once a week, but we still want someone who sees themselves as part of the overall team and who isn't above helping out in emergencies where the focus might not be.
